Welcome to Avondale

Avondale House in Kingussie is a fine example of an Edwardian Scottish villa built in 1907 by Peter Alexander Cameron Mackenzie who was responsible for building many similar properties in Kingussie.
It has been a Kingussie guest house for many years and has recently undergone refurbishment, whereby Avondale House offers comfortable and tasteful accommodation to guests.
The property sits in its own grounds with ample private car parking, yet is only a short pleasant walk into Kingussie town.
The relaxed and charming character of Avondale House provides the perfect location for a pleasurable stay in the Highlands and we are open throughout the year.
