Booking conditions

  • We require a £20 deposit per room per night when booking
  • Please make cheques payable to Avondale House.
  • Your deposit becomes non refundable if you cancel 14 days,
    or less, before your visit.
  • We would ask our guests to arrive after 5pm on their day of
    arrival. However, with advanced warning we can arrange an
    earlier check in time if necessary.
  • We are unable to accommodate pets in the house.
  • We cannot accept debit and credit cards.
